Bed- and bathlinen are not included.
The municipality of Monschau levies tourist tax. The rate is €2.50 per person per night, which amounts to €17.50 per person per week. This tax applies to all guests aged 14 and over and must be paid in cash on site or transferred separately to our bank account.
We charge a deposit of € 250, to be paid together with the second part of the rent.
Our holiday home is rented out per week, from Saturday afternoon 5:00 pm to Saturday morning 10:00 am. Only in the quiet periods, from January until early April (outside of the school holidays) and in November and December (except for the Christmas holidays), the house may be available for rent for short stays (long weekends (Fri-Mon) or midweeks (Mon-Fri.))
If you would like to stay in the Lämmchesgasse for a long weekend or a midweek in busier periods, please inquire shortly in advance whether this is possible. If we are able to organise it, we will!

There are three more cottages on the site, two of which are in Leykaul (municipality of Bütgenbach, Belgium, around 500 metres from Ferienhaus am Hohen Venn) where you can even take your dog.
