Enquiries and reservations

Booking conditions

  • Reservations can be made by telephone, in writing or by email.
  • At the time of booking, a deposit of 50% is required.
  • The reservation becomes final when the (down) payment has been received. We will confirm receipt of (down) payments by email.
  • The remainder of the payment must be transferred to our account no later than four weeks before arrival. When booking within four weeks before arrival, the entire amount must be paid in one go.
  • Additional costs for foreign transfers are at the expense of the guest.

Cancellation policy

  • If canceled up to eight weeks before arrival, we will refund your down payment, minus the booking costs incurred or commission paid by us to third parties
  • If canceled within eight weeks before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded
  • In case of cancellation within four weeks before arrival, the full amount of the booking is due. If we succeed in renting out the house, we will refund part of the rent paid by you.
